Non-Emergency

For non-emergency maintenance requests, please submit a service issue with your Tenant Web Access (TWA). For more information on how to download the TWA app, Click Here. Please contact our office for assistance or any questions (989) 817-4918 or (989)817-4935.

Per our lease agreement, tenants are responsible for handling the following maintenance tasks on their own. Requests for these services may incur a nominal charge:

  • Changing light bulbs.
  • Addressing toilet or sink clogs from regular use with a plunger.

Emergency

In the event of an AFTER-HOURS MAINTENANCE EMERGENCY (e.g., no heat, no electricity, no hot water, severe plumbing issue)
